Tasting Note

A dark, veiny figurado shaped like a bowling pin. The smoke is salty, with a briny, black olive quality followed by a procession of dark-roasted nuts, coconut notes and earthiness that turns acidic on the finish. The uneven burn and firm draw form a white ash.
