Tasting Note

This is the third time that this very cigar has made it to our Top 25 list. What can we say other than this is one of the most consistent lanceros on the market. And one of the tastiest. Besides the wrapper, all the tobacco in this lancero was grown on brand owner Litto Gomez’s La Canela farm in the Dominican Republic. The dry, hot microclimate makes his tobaccos strong and concentrated—and this cigar is all about concentration. The thin ring gauge condenses the smoke of each puff, putting an earthy, peppery smoke right in the center of the palate before notes of dark fruit, cocoa powder and leather blossom onto the long finish.
