2017 Big Smoke Las Vegas: Photo Gallery
Thousands of cigar enthusiasts descended upon Sin City last weekend for Cigar Aficionado’s 22nd Annual Big Smoke Las Vegas, held in The Mirage Hotel and Casino. The event featured two exciting evenings of cigar parties, where attendees collected 37 smokes made by some of the most renowned cigarmakers in the world. Guests also had the opportunity to sip libations, enjoy excellent food and spend time chatting with like minded cigar aficionados.
On Saturday morning, the Cigar Aficionado editors led a series of educational seminars with renowned cigarmakers from across the industry. The seminars focused on topics such as Miami-made cigars, tips on how to spot counterfeit Cuban cigars, and the enormous changes that have taken place in the cigar industry in the last 25 years. On Sunday, the audience was treated to a meal and cooking demonstration from chef Nicole Brisson, lessons on how to roll a Montecristo as well as some tips for pairing Scotch with cigars.
