The Tobacconists’ Association of America (TAA) has announced its submissions for the 2022 TAA Exclusive Series of Cigars. This means that the approximately 80 retail (more than 250 brick-and-mortar stores across the United States) will be getting new, limited-edition cigars from 13 brands in months to come. Only TAA retail are eligible to buy and sell these cigars.
The details of each selected smoke will be announced at the TAA annual convention in Los Cabos, Mexico from March 20 to March 24. For now, the brands that will be providing limited-edition cigars include: CLE, Crowned Heads, Drew Estate, EPC, Ferio Tego, Forged, Gurkha, Illusione, La Flor Dominicana, La Palina, Rocky Patel, Tatuaje and Villiger.
“We are very excited about releasing the final details at the March convention for what may be considered the best lineup of limited-edition cigar selections in TAA’s history,” said TAA executive director Stephanie Guadagno.
The Tobacconists’ Association of America was founded in 1968 as a hip organization consisting of American cigar retailers and international manufacturers. In the past, some of the TAA Exclusives have scored well with Cigar Aficionado, such as the Villiger 2020 TAA Exclusive Toro.
