Made at the small factory within the My Father Cigars warehouse in Doral, Florida, Don Pepin Garcia Original (commonly known as Don Pepin "Blue Label") has undergone some changes since it debuted in 2003. The company has added sizes to the line, put a secondary band in place that reads “original” and changed the wrapper from Ecuadoran to Nicaraguan Corojo Oscuro. Additionally, the company expanded the brand in 2006 with Don Pepin Garcia Cuban Classic, also known as "Black Label," followed by the Don Pepin Garcia Series JJ, which wears a white band.
