The Garcia family surprised the cigar world when it announced in 2019 that it produced at the My Father Cigars factory in Estelí, Fonseca is currently enjoying a renaissance as an all-Nicaraguan composition. The tobaccos, including the Corojo ’99 wrapper, were grown by the Garcias. The Petit Corona shows a dense smoke of gingerbread and toast balanced by a piquant hint of ground red pepper—a spicy Garcia signature that lets you know Fonseca now belongs to them.
