Measuring 6 inches by 58 ring gauge, the La Aurora 120th Anniversary Limited Edition consists entirely of Dominican tobacco: A Habano ’92 wrapper, Corojo filler. According to the company, the cigar is full-bodied.
Made in the Dominican Republic at La Aurora S.A., the La Aurora 120th Anniversary Limited Edition ships in 10-count boxes with a suggested retail price of $40 per cigar or $400 per box. Only 2,500 boxes are being produced in total, with 500 boxes allocated to the U.S. market.
Each cigar comes in a hinged, coffin-like tubo made to resemble the ones that the original La Aurora Preferidos came in back in 1903.
