Aganorsa Leaf Signature Selection Gets New Look

In a continuance of its 2018 Aganorsa Leaf, the Nicaraguan cigarmaker has now turned to its Signature Selection lines for new packaging. The repackaged cigars will be more reflective of the style of the company’s newer portfolio. The new look will be heading to cigar stores in late January or early February.

The Maduro line has an unusual wrapper leaf. Rather than being covered in Mexican San Andrés or Connecticut Broadleaf, this maduro is Nicaraguan, a proprietary Corojo ’99 leaf grown under shade in Jalapa.
The lines both come in four sizes: Corona Gorda, measuring 6 inches by 46 ring gauge; Robusto, 5 by 52; Toro, 6 by 54; and Belicoso, 6 1/4 by 52. All sizes ship in boxes of 20, except for the Corona Goda, which comes in boxes of 25.
Retail prices range from $10.50 to $12.25.
