CAO Introduces A 12-Day Cigar-Themed Advent Calendar For The Holiday Season

Autumn leaves have hardly fallen before we impatiently jump straight to the holiday season. Regardless of how you feel about the rush to the holidays, it never hurts to think ahead. General Cigar Co. is already holiday-minded with its CAO “12 Days” box, an advent calendar filled with a dozen different CAO cigars to help you count down the 12 days before Saint Nick makes his rounds.
Advent calendars date back centuries. The Christmas countdown tradition requires the opening of a small door for each day leading up to the 25th of December. Most usually start on December 1st, and behind each door is typically a chocolate or a small present. But General upped the ante, as each door is a guardian to a toro-sized smoke representing one of the company's top-selling CAO cigars.
The 12 CAO cigars within the calendar include:
MX2 Toro
Italia Gondola
Brazilia Samba
Flathead Camshaft
Colombia Magdalena
Pilon Toro
BX3 Toro
The “12 Days” box has a suggested retail price of $108.08 and will ship to retailers this week, with an anticipated in-store date of October 17, although there’s a chance you might smoke through them all before Thanksgiving.
