Cigar Aficionado

Most years, Cuba releases several cigars under the Edición Limitada projecct. Prized by collectors, they are made in limited quantities. When the program began in 2000, there were four. Other years saw as many as five, and none were released in 2002, 2022 or 2023. For most years the number was three. 

There have been dozens of Limitadas released over the years, and Cigar Aficionado has rated nearly all of them. The quality level ranges considerably, from 84 points to 95 points. These cigars are heavily faked, and many counterfeiters invent Limitadas that don't exist. Use this as a buying guide to protect yourself and to seek out the best of the ELs.
