New Liga Privada H99 Coming From Drew Estate

For the first time since 2009, a new blend is being added to Drew Estate’s immensely popular Liga Privada family, and for now it will come in only one size.
Liga Privada H99 is a blend of aged Nicaraguan and Honduran filler tobaccos and Mexican San Andrés binder, covered in an oily, red-hued Corojo wrapper grown in the Connecticut River Valley. It’s similar to both the T52, which uses a similar blend as the No. 9, but replaces the broadleaf cover leaf with a Connecticut Habano wrapper.
The Liga Privada H99 is a 6 inch by 52 ring gauge toro, but Drew Estate says it plans to release more sizes in the future. The toro carries a suggested price of $14.33 per cigar and will be packed in 24-count boxes.
Earlier this week, Liga Privada was named one of the hottest cigar brands in America by Cigar Insider, the twice-monthly newsletter from Cigar Aficionado.
