TAA Exclusive Brick House Ciento Por Ciento Coming in May
J.C. Newman is bringing back the Brick House Ciento Por Ciento once again as a limited-edition release exclusively for retail of the Tobacconists’ Association of America.
Rolled entirely from Nicaraguan tobaccos, Ciento Por Ciento (meaning 100 percent in Spanish) measures 6 1/4 inches by 54 ring gauge and is set to retail for $7.40. The cigars come packed in 25-count boxes that are mainly white, with a small logo that celebrates J.C. Newman’s 125th anniversary, which is this year.
Last year’s release of Ciento Por Ciento was limited to 500 boxes, but this year’s number has been boosted to 800 boxes. Shipping is scheduled to begin in May.
The TAA is an organization of 79 retailers covering about 244 stores across the United States. Each year, some of the biggest brands in the handmade cigar industry produce special cigars that are only sold through the retail shops of the organization’s .
