Liga Privada H99 Connecticut Corojo Gets New Size

Drew Estate brand owner Liga Privada H99 Connecticut Corojo. The brand, which previously only came as a Toro, now has a second size, a Robusto.
Made in Nicaragua at La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate, Liga Privada H99 Connecticut Corojo gets its name from the wrapper, a Corojo seed that is grown in the Connecticut River Valley. Inside is a Mexican San Andrés binder and a filler blend of Nicaraguan, Honduran and Pennsylvania leaves.
The Robusto measures 5 1/2 inches long by 54 ring gauge, which is both shorter and thicker than the original Toro (6 by 52). Both sizes ship in boxes of 24. The suggested retail price for the Robusto is $14.95.
The cigar will debut today at the pre-party for Drew Estate’s Pennsylvania Barn Smoker. The new smoke will begin shipping in September to qualifying Drew Diplomat retailers.
