Casino Pocket Complication Lighter

Las Vegas packs a lot of personality into a city in the middle of the desert. It’s synonymous with bright lights, grandeur, revelry, around-the-clock energy and a pleasing glitz that draws both high-rollers and penny-ante players. Now, for its 150th anniversary, luxury cigar accessories designer S.T. Dupont has further compacted Sin City’s essence into the palm of your hand with the Casino Pocket Complication Lighter.
Looking more like a luxury timepiece than a lighter, it has a built-in roulette wheel set into one side, displaying all its various gears, screws and other inner workings. Set the wheel spinning via a built-in pushbutton on one side and see where it lands. On the opposite face of the lighter is an engraving of a roulette board, and the rest of the lighter features various casino-inspired etchings.
Despite its intricate mechanics, the Casino Pocket Complication Lighter remains small enough to fit comfortably in your pocket, measuring approximately 2 ½ inches long, ¾ of an inch thick and about 1 ½ inches wide. At the poker table, your opponents will be more focused on this lighter than finding your tell. It’s available in three eye-catching finishes: Palladium, Yellow Gold and Rose Gold. Only 88 individually-numbered lighters, all of them handmade in , will be produced.
There are several options for customization such as setting a precious stone either next to your lucky number on the roulette board or into the casino-inspired decorations on the sides of the lighter. Or you can just have your initials engraved below the wheel.
Of course, laying out $49,950 for a lighter can hit the wallet almost as hard as losing the same amount at the casino, but S.T. Dupont has other options for a fraction of the price that carry the same tradition of fine craftsmanship and quality. Check out the Défi XXtrême Matte, which features a rugged design that can spark a flame in the most extreme conditions for $315 or the slender and minimalist Megajet for $245.
