High-End Liga Privada Accessories From Drew Estate And S.T. Dupont
Liga Privada is Drew Estate’s quintessential cigar, a powerhouse that consistently ranks among the most sought-after cigar brands in the United States in Cigar Insider retailer surveys. Now, on the eve of the cigar industry’s biggest trade show, Drew Estate has announced a trio of high-end accessories centered around the brand, the Liga Privada 10 Aniversario S.T. Dupont Collection Humidor Box. The project has been in the works for more than three years.
“The Liga Privada brand has entered a new realm of luxury through this historic collection in partnership with S.T. Dupont,” says Drew Estate founder, president and namesake Jonathan Drew. “It’s truly paramount to a dream come true, as I reflect back to my earliest days as a small retailer at the World Trade Center in Manhattan, New York in the late nineties—envisioning that one day we would collaborate with S.T. Dupont on such a historic and exclusive luxury collection.”

The accessories are themed around the 10-year anniversary of Liga Privada, which happened some time ago (the brand has been on sale since 2007). The collection consists of three items, two of them made by Dupont, all of them fashioned in the style of Liga Privada.
S.T. Dupont Ligne 2 Palladium Custom Lighter
The Line 2 is the trademark Dupont lighter, the heavy, luxe piece that pings when it opens. This particular one is engraved and numbered, finished in black lacquer with the Liga Privada Aniversario logo emblazoned in silver on the front, and the Drew Estate logo circled by a silver tobacco leaf on the back. Hand-layered with natural lacquer for a pearl-shimmer shine, the lighter is finished with a micro-diamond head engraving and trimmed in palladium.
S.T. Dupont Black Chrome Custom Cigar Stand Cutter
This posh cigar cutter has a double blade, fully lacquered in black with Liga Privada etched in silver at the base, and the logo and limited-edition number on the blade. With chrome trim and diamond engraving on the top, its design allows it to transform into a cigar stand, looking almost like a small easel.
Biometric Liga Privada Custom Humidor
This humidor (which is not made by Dupont) is meant to hold 100 cigars, and bears some resemblance to a high-end footlocker, with etched, polished gunmetal in the Liga Logo on each size. Drew called it “a veritable fortress for your collection.” The humidor locks via a biometric key, which opens with your thumbprint. (There’s also a backup key.)
The collection will be on display this weekend at the PCA show, and it will have a suggested retail price of $3,600. It does not include cigars. Drew Estate says it will ship out the door this summer, and called it extremely limited, without specifying how many of each are being made.
