Les Fines Lames Cigar Cases

Leather cigar cases have long been a staple three-finger cases, named Duo and Trio. They each come in an assortment of five trendy colors that look to add some flair to this traditional cigar accessory category.
Each case has a main, outer shell made of colorful pebbled leather, which offers a sharp contrast to the oil-waxed black leather interior of each case. The soothing texture and robust coloration of each also sets these models apart from the typical leather cigar cases, which tend to have smooth exteriors. Both the Duo (which holds two cigars) and Trio (capable of holding three) cigar cases are available in your choice of five colors: OD Green, Black, Blue, Yellow and Brown.
“With the addition of cigar cases to the Les Fines Lames range of accessories, we've rounded off our offering to accompany aficionados at every step of the smoking ritual, with our own special touch,” says Pierre Jourdan, founder, president and creative director of Les Fines Lames. The French company made its initial mark on the industry with Le Petit knife cutters and has since expanded its portfolio to include lighters, cigar stands, ashtrays, cigar jewelry, additional cutters and now cases, covering virtually all of the bases in the cigar accessories world.
The two models only have slight differences between them. The Trio case has more of a ribbed exterior design to match the curvature of the three cigars it’s carrying. The duo, on the other hand, is flattened on the outside with rounded-off slots for the pair of cigars just visible at the top of the interior portion.
Protection and sturdiness won’t be an issue with either model. Like most leather cigar cases, these function telescopically in two pieces, allowing them to adapt perfectly to cigars of varying lengths. Both are also capable of holding cigars up to a 64 ring gauge.
The Duo retails for $125 per case, and the Trio goes for $145. Both products can be purchased on the Les Fines Lames website. Les Fines Lames also offers various bundle packages, in case you’d like to purchase additional accessories they manufacture alongside your cigar case.
