New Nub Humidors Get Global Release

The Nub from Oliva Cigars took the market by storm in 2008 as the short, ultra-fat smokes were a hit with consumers. Since the beginning of September, fans of the brand across the European, Asian, African and American markets have been able to get a Nub-themed humidor that, save for the U.S. version, comes filled with 24 Nubs in four different varieties.
While almost all markets offer humidors packed with 24 Nub cigars–with six of each Sun Grown, Cameroon, Maduro and Connecticut cigars–the United States only sells the humidor itself. No cigars are included in the U.S. version, but there are four different color options.
In the U.S., the humidor retails for $60. In Belgium (24 cigars included), the suggested retail price is 206 euros and in , 264 euros. There is also a narrow chamber in the humidor that can comfortably fit Boveda two-way humidity control packs, keeping the box itself extremely compact and hydrated.
Those that attain a humidor packed with the 4 inch by 60 ring gauge Nub cigars will find the four varieties mentioned above, each rolled with Nicaraguan binder and filler, but with different wrappers. the Connecticut is enrobed in a bright, golden Connecticut wrapper.
